IF you are looking to push your body to new levels, join Ashton for an all new training experience.
This class will focus on pushing your body to it's limits through power moves, cardio intervals, and strength training exercises. Do you have the GRIT to commit?
This program is open to members and non-members, 15 and older. To join GRIT, you MUST be able to: run or jog 2 laps around the track without stopping, perform a minimum of 10 pushups (on knees or toes), perform squats, perform lunges, hold a plank for a minimum of 30 seconds (full arms or elbows/ knees or toes). If you are unable to perform any of the above requirements, this program may not be the right choice for you. You may consider personal training or a variety of our group exercise classes.
